The materials received are exactly as described and of very high quality. FEDEX did manage to completely crush the packing box, however it was well enough packed that there was no damage to the carvings.

I can’t say enough positive things about this Company! Sadly, my first bowl arrive broken through no fault of their own. Upon my report of the damaged product, the Company got to work on the damage claim and replacing my bowl. It was probably 2 weeks start to finish but something was happening daily. Bottom line, I got my replacement bowl, it’s lovely and this is a good Company. Special shoutout to Arthur in Customer Service for his diligence, kindness and professionalism!

Inviting Homes returned a pair of antique bronze sconces we ordered that did not quite match the other antique bronze items we had already installed in a 4,000 sq. ft. renovation in Palm Springs. As a designer, it is very important, though rare, that we can easily return an item if it does not work in the area intended.
